In the occupied territories of the Luhansk region, the Russians continue to close cities, and communication and the Internet have not yet appeared in settlements close to the front line.
This was reported by the head of the Luhansk RMA, Serhii Haidai, Censor.NET reports.
"Civilians in the occupied territories of Luhansk region do not have access to medicine. All hospitals have become military hospitals, except for treatment, orcs have made barracks there.
So that people could not report information "outside", the Ruscists continue to close cities, and communication and the Internet never appeared in settlements close to the front line. In order to contact relatives, one has to go and call deep into the region," the message reads.
