In Kherson region, Russian "petal" mine exploded in hands of man

A 25-year-old civilian was seriously injured when an anti-personnel mine "petal" left by the Russians blew up in the Velykooleksandrivka community of the Kherson region.

The Kherson Regional Military Administration reported this on Telegram, Censor.NET informs.

According to eyewitnesses, the victim was collecting "petal" mines in a field near the village of Ishchenko. One of the mines detonated in his hands.

"With injuries to both upper limbs and the abdomen, he was hospitalized at the nearest medical facility. For further treatment, the man is planned to be transferred to Kryvyi Rih," the RMA said.
