Russian occupiers came up with new scheme to force residents of Kherson region to get Russian passport: they promise housing certificates

The enemy continues efforts to implement the plan of forced passporting of residents of temporarily occupied regions.
This is reported by Censor.NET with reference to the Center of National Resistance.
"In particular, a new tool is used to encourage the population to obtain Russian passports - the issuance of state housing certificates of the Russian Federation, intended for the purchase of housing on the territory of the Russian Federation.
The information campaign, which was launched around this process, emphasizes that Kherson residents conclude an agreement and settle in new apartments "in safe regions of the Russian Federation", and the average amount equivalent to one such certificate is about 2.928 million Russian rubles, covering the cost of housing in such populated areas points like Stavropol or Krasnodar.
However, we note that the pace of passporting is low, and even such agitation does not help to fulfill the plan that Moscow has set before the collaborators," the message reads.
