Kyiv doesn’t know what kind of "peace mission" Pope Francis meant - CNN

Ukraine has no information about the Vatican’s peace mission and has not agreed to any negotiations on its behalf.

This was reported by Censor.NET with reference to CNN.

"President Zelenskyy did not agree to such discussions on behalf of Ukraine. If negotiations are taking place, they are taking place without our knowledge or our blessing," a Ukrainian official close to the president's office told the newspaper.

Pope Francis told reporters on Sunday that the Vatican is part of the mission to end the war in Ukraine.
