Spain to provide Ukraine with four more Leopard 2A4 tanks

Spanish government will provide Ukraine with four more Leopard 2 tanks and a batch of M-113 armored personnel carriers.

This was stated by Spanish Defense Minister Margarita Robles at a meeting of the Ramstein, infroms Censor.NЕТ referring to RBC-Ukraine.

"Robles reported on the current state of Spanish deliveries, noting, among other things, the upcoming delivery of four more Leopard 2A4 battle tanks and a new batch of M-113 TOA armored personnel carriers," the Spanish Defense Ministry said in a statement.

The minister also noted the good progress in training of the Ukrainian military in Spain, where about 1,500 servicemen have been trained to date, and it is expected that the annual target will be reached ahead of schedule.
