Ukraine will not use cluster munitions on Russian territory or in populated areas - White House

The White House named the commitments made by Ukraine regarding the use of cluster munitions.

This was stated by US National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan, іnforms Censor.NЕТ with reference to European truth.

"The first is that they will not use them on Russian territory, but only on their own territory, where they have the greatest incentive to limit - to limit the impact on the civilian population, because it is Ukrainian citizens who will be at risk," the US National Security Advisor noted.

And second, Sullivan added, the Ukrainians "will not use them in populated areas."
