Italy supports Ukrainian peace formula
Italian Foreign Ministry Secretary of State Maria Tripodi said at a UN General Assembly meeting during an open ministerial debate on situation in temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine that Italy supports peace plan proposed by President of Ukraine, which provides for a just and sustainable peace without compromise on Ukrainian territories.

"We call on all members of the General Assembly to strive for a sustainable and just peace in Ukraine. There must be a solution that guarantees the full sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine. Italy supports Ukraine's 10-point peace proposal, as it is aimed at such a solution, without compromise on Ukrainian territories," she said.
Tripodi assured that Ukraine can count on Italy's support in achieving a sustainable and just peace. "Italy supports the people and the government of Ukraine," she emphasized.
