In Melitopol direction, Defense Forces were successful in their offensive, - National Guard
This was announced at a briefing in the Military Media Center by the acting director of the Department of Planning for the Use of the Main Directorate of the National Guard of Ukraine, Colonel Mykola Urshalovych, Censor.NET informs.
"In the Melitopol direction, the National Guardsmen as part of the Defense Forces "had tactical successes, are entrenched at the achieved boundaries and conduct reconnaissance on the directions of further actions," the message says.
Urshalovych noted that in the Kherson direction, the Russians continue to conduct active defense and indiscriminate shelling of populated areas. There, National Guardsmen carry out stabilization measures and humanitarian demining.
