China confirmed participation in peace summit regarding Ukraine in Saudi Arabia

China will send a delegation to a summit in Saudi Arabia on peace in Ukraine.

This was reported by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China, Censor.NET informs citing RBC-Ukraine.

"At the invitation of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Li Hui, Special Representative of the Government of China for Eurasia, will visit Jeddah to attend a meeting on the Ukrainian issue. China is ready to cooperate with the international community to continue to play a constructive role in finding a political solution to the crisis in Ukraine," the Chinese Foreign Ministry said.

As a reminder, a summit on peace in Ukraine will take place in Saudi Arabia on 5-6 August. Russia was not invited to the summit.
