Pechersk district court of Kyiv seizes Mezhyhiria
The Pechersk district court of Kyiv has seized the assets of the Tantalit Ltd at the request of the Prosecutor General's Office of Ukraine, namely, the Mezhyhiria estate, where fugitive Viktor Yanukovych lived.
This is stated in the court ruling of July 13, Censor.NET reports citing Ukrainski Novyny.
The arrest was imposed on the following assets: "Leisure and Health Center" located on 19 Ivan Franko Street, "Vyshhorodskyi masyv" residential building located on 18 Ivan Franko Street, the building on 123-A Mezhyhirska Street and 100% of the charter capital of the Tantalit Ltd. in the amount of 146,630,000 hryvnia (over $6.11 million).
The assets have been seized to secure findings of criminal investigation and compensation for losses caused to the state.
The decision of the court prohibits using and disposing of any property in Mezhyhiria residence and corporate rights of Tantalit Ltd.
