Nagorno-Karabakh Republic will cease to exist on January 1, 2024
The so-called president of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic, Samvel Shakhramanyan, signed a decree terminating the existence of the "republic".
This is reported by Censor.NET with reference to Interfax.
"Dissolve all state institutions and organizations that are under their departmental control by January 1, 2024, and the Republic of Nagorno-Karabakh (Artsakh) ceases to exist," the decree reads.
Also remind, on September 19, the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan announced the implementation of "anti-terrorist measures of a local nature in Karabakh with the aim of restoring the constitutional order of Azerbaijan and stopping the provocations of the Armenian military."
On September 20, Azerbaijan announced the completion of its operation in Nagorno-Karabakh.
