Russians have doubled number of attacks in south in last few days, - Defense Forces of Tavria direction
The occupiers are trying to regain their lost ground and have doubled the number of attacks over the past few days.
This was announced by the spokesman for the Defence Forces of the Tavria direction, Oleksandr Stupun, Censor.NET reports with reference to ZN.UA.
"Active hostilities are currently underway. The enemy is trying to regain lost positions in the area of Robotyne. If we talk about the area of responsibility of the Tavria separate motor vehicle corps in general, the enemy has increased its pressure," the statement said.
According to Stupun, the occupants tried to regain their lost position near Avdiivka, put pressure on Mariinka, and improve the situation in the area of Verbove, Novoselivka, and Stepove in the Zaporizhzhia region.
"If we compare statistically, the number of clashes has almost doubled," Stupun said.
