Russian invaders are shelling Kharkiv and the region.

This was announced by the head of the RMA Oleh Synehubov, Censor.NET reports.

"The occupiers are striking. Residents of Kharkiv and the region, stay in shelters!" he noted.

The mass media reported on 3 explosions in Kharkiv.

The Air Force warned about the threat of using ballistic weapons.
