Russia maybe preparing to test the Burevestnik nuclear-powered missile, - NYT

Russia maybe preparing to test its Burevestnik intercontinental cruise missile, which can carry a nuclear warhead.
The New York Times reports about it, as Censor.NET informs.
It is noted that recently, one of the Russian archipelagos in the Arctic has been experiencing extreme activity of Russian troops. The movement of aircraft and vehicles indicates that the occupying country is either preparing to conduct tests or has already conducted them.
Journalists of the publication note that the analysis of satellite data is similar to the same data recorded during the Russian tests of the Burevisnyk missile in 2018-2019.

According to the Nuclear Threat Reduction Initiative report, this missile is a "second-strike, strategic-range weapon," designed to be launched after nuclear strikes. According to experts, if this missile is used in wartime, it will be able to destroy large urban areas and military facilities.
Pictures taken on the morning of September 20 show a number of vehicles on the missile site base, including a truck with a trailer that, by all accounts, matches the size of the rocket. The weather shelter, which usually covers a specific launch pad, was moved about 15-20 meters. At noon, the trailer disappeared and the shelter was returned to its original location.
There is little known about the design of the Burevestnik, Russian dictator Vladimir Putin stated that the missile allegedly runs on nuclear energy. Journalists note that all 13 test launches of the Burevestnik have failed.
The Burevestnik missile is one of six strategic missiles in service with Russia, along with the Kinzhal and the Avangard hypersonic missile system, which Putin presented in his speech in 2018. He claimed that this weapon was capable of overcoming and bypassing US defenses. The missile can carry a conventional warhead, but actually, it is likely to carry a nuclear payload, albeit a smaller one than most other nuclear weapons. According to experts, if this missile is used in wartime, it will be able to destroy large urban areas and military facilities.
The missile is dangerous not only because of its ability to carry a powerful nuclear warhead but also because it releases harmful radioactive emissions in the event of an explosion or outage during testing.
