NABU issued wanted notice for ex-mayor of Odesa Kostusiev
The National Anti-Corruption Bureau issued a wanted notice for the former mayor of Odesa, Oleksiy Kostusiev

"The National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine is looking for a suspect in criminal proceedings No. 52023000000000172 of 13.04.2023, Kostusiev Oleksiy Oleksiyovych, year of birth 29.06.1954, on suspicion of committing crimes under part 5 of article 191, part 2 of article 366 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine", - the message says.
According to Suspilne, he is one of the suspects in the case of seizure of Odesa airport. In 2011, a group of people implemented a scheme under which the airport became jointly owned by the city and private investors. At the same time, the city lost control over it and did not receive any profit.It was estimated at 2.5 billion hryvnias.
Among the suspects in this case are the ex-mayor of Odesa Oleksiy Kostusiev, his deputy, the head of one of the limited liability companies, and two well-known businessmen in the region, Borys Kaufman and Oleksandr Borukhovych.
Kostusiev was the mayor of Odesa from 2010 to 2013.
