A rocket attack on Zaporizhzhya killed 5 people and injured 5 others. The search and rescue operation at the site of the attack has been completed.

"Search and rescue operations have been completed in a residential building that was destroyed as a result of an enemy missile attack on the night of 18 October

Russia fired S-300 missiles at the city. One of them hit an apartment building, causing the destruction of apartments in one of the entrances from the 3rd to the 5th floor. The search operation lasted over 20 hours," the statement said.

The missile strike killed 5 people and injured 5 others.

"The rescuers also found a frightened cat under the rubble, which they freed and handed over to its owner. The work was complicated by constant air raid warnings. In addition, there was a threat of structural collapse. Today, the rescuers, together with the city emergency service, continue to dismantle the emergency structures," the Interior Ministry added.
