Poroshenko appoints Naida head of SBU intelligence

President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko has appointed Vitalii Naida as Chief of the Ukrainian Security Service Intelligence Department.

The relevant decree №452/2015 was posted on the president's website on July 24, Censor.NET reports citing Interfax-Ukraine.

Another decree dismisses Naida as Chief of the SBU department on intelligence protection of the country's interests in information security.

Also, Poroshenko dismissed Valerii Kondratiuk as the previous SBU intelligence department chief.
