On the morning of October 28, explosions rang out in Kherson.
This was announced by the head of the Kherson City Military Administration, Roman Mrochko, on Telegram, Censor.NET informs.
"Several explosions rang out in Kherson! The enemy from the left bank hit, in particular, the central part of the city. There is destruction in the private sector. Information about the victims is being clarified. Be careful! Stay in safe places," Mrochko wrote at 5:34 a.m.
