The United States has depleted almost all the funds allocated at the beginning of the full-scale invasion to help Ukraine.
This was stated by the coordinator of the National Security Council of the White House, John Kirby, Censor.NET reports with reference to RBC-Ukraine.
"U.S. funds for Ukraine have been depleted by 96%," the statement said.
Kirby clarified that there are about 4% of the funds that Washington can still spend on aid for Ukraine.
He also stressed that the United States believes that Ukraine can regain its territory, although he acknowledged that progress has been slow.
