The National Resistance Center reported: "According to unverified information, the strike hit a temporary deployment point of one of the FSB units."
The Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation stated that it had "opened a criminal case."
Earlier, it was reported about the "strike" at the base of the Russian invaders in occupied Skadovsk in the Kherson region.
