Men in uniform shoved a man into a minibus in the middle of the street. Several civilians tried to prevent this but were unable to do so. The regional Military Recruitment Center appointed an inspection.
The video of the incident is being shared on social media, Censor.NET reports.
It shows several men in military uniform forcing a civilian man into a minibus.
Other civilians are trying to prevent this. One woman got into a minibus, preventing it from moving. But a man in uniform pushed her out of the bus, and the car drove off.
One of the men in uniform tried to "forbid" filming what was happening.
The Lviv Regional Military Recruitment Center reported that it had appointed an inspection.
"The command of the Lviv Military Recruitment Center is taking measures to establish the circumstances, the circumstances of this case are being clarified and an official check has been appointed," he said in a statement.
