In the Bakhmut direction, the situation is dynamic, but under control, the enemy is trying to oust the Armed Forces of Ukraine from defensive positions in the Klishchiivka area.
This was announced on the air of the telethon by the head of the public relations service of the Land Forces Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Volodymyr Fiti, Censor.NET reports with reference to Interfax-Ukraine.
"Currently, the Russian occupiers have gathered an appropriate reserve and are moving on to offensive actions. 11 enemy attacks in this direction were repelled during the day (Klishchiivka, Andriivka, Khromove). The enemy is trying to oust our defenders from defensive positions in the Klishchiivka area," he said.
In total, during the day, the enemy used ten drones on the positions of Ukrainian forces in the Bakhmut direction and carried out 336 attacks. According to Fito, the enemy's losses are 124 occupiers and 20 units of military equipment.
"In this direction, the situation is dynamic, the enemy is attacking, our defenders are defending themselves, moving on to counterattacks. Accordingly, it is difficult to say about any success in this direction now, but the situation remains under control, our defenders are repelling enemy attacks," Fito said.
