After the start of Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine, the influence of oligarchs on the deputies of the Verkhovna Rada is practically not felt, and before the war it extended to a third of the deputies.
This was stated by the head of the Servant of the People faction Davyd Arakhamia, Censor.NET reports with reference to LigaBusinessInform.
"We can say that in this parliament, in this convocation, since the beginning of the war, there are not even one percent of the oligarchs. Although in the same parliament before the war, I would estimate their influence at 30 percent," Arakhamia said.
He confirmed that the influence of Akhmetov, Kolomoisky, Fiala, or Firtash is not felt in the Verkhovna Rada now.
Of the names listed in the question, Arakhamia made an exception only for Petro Poroshenko.
