Ukrainian servicemen destroy another anchor mine in Odesa region
An anchor mine was found on the coast in Odesa region.
According to Censor.NET, this was reported by the Defence Forces of the South of Ukraine
"An anchor mine was found near the village of Prymorske, Vylkove municipal community, which was washed ashore by the stormy sea," the statement said.
The mine action unit promptly defused the dangerous discovery by means of a controlled explosion.
The military reminded that the coast and coastal waters of the Black Sea remain a very dangerous area, precisely because of the mine threat, in particular in stormy weather.
"If you find explosive or suspicious objects, do not get so close, touch or try to move them yourself. Immediately restrict access to the danger zone and notify the relevant services," the agency urged.
