Blinken: US aid to Ukraine contributes to growth of US economy

Military assistance to Ukraine contributes to greater job formation in the United States and economic growth.
This was stated by U.S. Secretary of State Anthony Blinken, Censor.NET reports with reference to Suspilne.
"If you look at the investments that we've made in Ukraine's defense, it's clear that 90% of the security assistance that we've provided has actually been spent here in the United States," he said at a briefing after meeting with his British counterpart, David Cameron.
The secretary of state emphasized that this "has led to more job formation in the United States and growth in the American economy."
"That's in addition to the importance of Kyiv's support for U.S. global policy and national security," Blinken said.
