Zelenskyy appoints new heads of Donetsk and Rivne Regional State Administrations
The signed decrees are available for viewing on the president's website, Censor.NET reports.
Both documents are dated December 27, 2023.
Starting in 2019, Filashkin served as the deputy head of the Donetsk Regional State Administration and succeeded Ihor Moroz. And Oleksandr Koval has been the head of the Rivne District State Administration since March 2021 and replaced Vitalii Koval.
