Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba appealed to partners after a massive missile attack of the Russian Federation.
This is reported in a statement by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Censor.NET informs.
"Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba called on foreign countries to respond decisively to another Russian terrorist attack by taking a set of measures, which will include, among other things, accelerating the supply of additional air defense systems, combat drones of all types, long-range missiles with a range of 300+ kilometers, making a decision to transfer frozen Russian assets for Ukraine's needs, and terminating contacts with Russian diplomats in the relevant capitals and international organizations.
The terrorist regime in Moscow must feel that the international community will not turn a blind eye to the killing of Ukrainian civilians and the destruction of Ukrainian critical infrastructure," the ministry said in a statement.
The Foreign Ministry emphasized that the objects attacked by the Russian army were exclusively civilian.
