Right approach is through lottery or drawing of lots – Mylovanov announces new mobilization option

Tymofii Mylovanov, Advisor to the Head of the President’s Office, Head of the National Investment Fund and Head of the Supervisory Board of Ukroboronprom, President of the Kyiv School of Economics, suggested evaluating the idea of mobilizing by lottery or drawing lots.

Mylovanov noted: "Most of my readers write that the correct approach to mobilization is through a lottery or drawing of lots. The state randomly selects a day and a month. Those people who were born on those days are mobilized, others are not. And it does this for every wave of mobilization." What do you think?
