"Servant of people" Yatsyk asks Prosecutor General’s Office to check "Kvartal 95" due to scandalous sketch about resettlement from Skadovsk. DOCUMENT

People’s deputy from "Servant of the People" Yulia Yatsyk sent an appeal to the Prosecutor General’s Office about the scandalous sketch of the "Kvartal 95" studio.
Yatsyk announced this on Facebook, Censor.NET informs.
"As promised, today I sent a request to the Prosecutor General's Office regarding the verification of the actions of the actors and authors of the Studio "Kvartal 95" during the performance entitled "The girl who spoke Russian all her life, moved to Transcarpathia | Vechirnii Kvartal 2024" for the presence in these actions, the crime under Art. 161 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine," she wrote.
Part 1 of Art. 161 of the Criminal Code - "Violation of the equality of citizens depending on their racial, national, regional belonging, religious beliefs, disability and on other grounds." The punishment for such a crime is from a fine of 3,400 to imprisonment for a term of up to 3 years.
Also remind, that it was previously reported that the studio "Kvartal 95" released a sketch that insults the residents of occupied Skadovsk and Ukrainians who are taking the first steps in the transition to the state language.
The "1+1" TV channel has already filed a complaint with the Commission on Journalistic Ethics. And the mayor of Skadovsk Oleksandr Yakovlev called on the directors to apologize for this sketch.
"Kvartal 95" apologized for the scandalous sketch. The studio promised to cut it from the New Year's concert.
