3rd Separate Assault Brigade announces recruitment due to expansion: Reconnaissance, sappers, UAV operators
The 3rd Separate Assault Brigade has announced a recruiting in connection with its expansion.
This was reported on Facebook by Oleksii Byk, the commander of the engineering and sapper company of the 3rd Separate Assault Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Censor.NET reports.
He said he was authorized as a recruiter by the Engineering and Sapper Company and the Brigade's Engineering Support Group as a whole.
"We have a standard list of requirements:
- physical health;
- motivation;
- no addiction to stimulants.
We take an individual approach to each candidate. We try to take into account the skills and experience of recruits as much as possible. We consider transfers from other units," said Byk.
Thus, the brigade needs:
- infantry;
- reconnaissance;
- sappers;
- flame thrower operators;
- UAV operators;
- medical worker
- signal operators;
- chemists;
- drivers (as well as mechanical drivers, tractor drivers, excavators, crane operators, etc;);
- car repairmen;
- scaffold workers;
- construction specialties;
- cooks;
- a full staff of the battalion bathhouse and many, many others.
"I'm tired of explaining that sooner or later the war will affect everyone and there is no hiding. Not everyone can/wants to storm the landings, and that's okay. But healthy, smart, motivated people will always find their place with us. If you have unique skills and see an opportunity to realize them, let's talk about it, we are always open to new things in the work of destroying you know who. However, if you lack military specialization and knowledge at all, we will give it to you.
Our brigade has no problems with equipment, ammunition or financial support (salary 20k+, bonus 30-100k). We are not interested in political games. We are looking for comrades who will do a big piece of important work with us," the soldier said.
