Today, the Shevchenkivskyi District Court of Kyiv imposed a pre-trial restraint on one of the founders of Kyivhuma: detention for 60 days without bail.

This was reported by Censor.NET with reference to the SSU press service.

As a reminder, the Security Service exposed Kyivhuma for supplying goods to Russia. As a result of comprehensive measures, a significant and large-scale evidence base was collected, confirming that the company continued to do business with Russia after the start of the full-scale invasion.

According to the case file, in 2022-2023, the company shipped to Russia batches of tactical tourniquets and bandages of its own production totaling more than UAH 40 million in the equivalent.

The investigation also established that the occupiers sent the company's medical supplies to Russian military hospitals located in the temporarily occupied territories of our country.

During the authorized searches, the SSU obtained new official documents and correspondence confirming the illegal activities of the suspects.

The pre-trial investigation under the procedural supervision of the Prosecutor General's Office is ongoing.

As a reminder, Kyivhuma has stated that it does not supply tactical medicine to Russia. According to the Kyivhuma CEO Andrii Ostrohrud, since February 2022 the company has completely stopped cooperation with Russia and has not made any deliveries. And the companies from Estonia and Switzerland involved in the case have been Kyivhuma's clients for more than 20 years, and not gaskets for transferring goods to Russia.
