Tusk: I expect Ukraine to help resolve situation on border

Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk said that there is another dimension to the relationship between Warsaw and Kyiv, which includes the interest of Poland, in particular Polish carriers or farmers.
He said this in an interview with the Polish media, Censor.NET reports, citing European Pravda.
"I will expect - and I will also talk about this in Kyiv (during my visit) - from the Ukrainian side to help us cure all these pathological situations at the border, so that our people do not have to block and strike," Tusk said.
The prime minister stressed that Poland wants to help Ukraine, but Poles, and especially Ukrainians, should not suffer from this, he added.
At the same time, Tusk said that he would not allow anyone in his government to base their position on anti-Ukrainian sentiments.
He also noted that on Monday, 15 January, he plans to meet with President Andrzej Duda to discuss, among other things, his upcoming visit to Kyiv.
In recent months, Kyiv and Warsaw have faced a number of problems in their relations, ranging from Poland's embargo on imports of Ukrainian agricultural products to Polish carriers blocking the border.
Last week, Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba announced contacts with Poland "at all levels" to resolve bilateral issues.
