Putin loves money above all else. Frozen Russian assets should be used to rebuild Ukraine – Zelenskyy
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy called for the transfer of frozen Russian assets to rebuild Ukraine.
He said this during a speech at the World Economic Forum, Censor.NET reports.
"There must be a strong decision this year. When the frozen Russian assets, sovereign and oligarchic, will be used to protect against the Russian war and to rebuild Ukraine. Putin loves money above all else. The more billions he and his oligarchs, friends, or associates lose, the more likely he will regret starting the war. Putin must regret it. He needs to lose. We need to dispel the idea that global unity is weaker than the hate of one person," he emphasized.
Zelenskyy noted that this year should be remarkable.
