The reserves that the Russian Federation currently has are not enough to simultaneously conduct powerful strategic offensive operations.

According to Censor.NET with reference to Interfax-Ukraine, this was stated by the Deputy Chief of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine Vadym Skibitskyi.

Skibitskyi said that mobilisation activities on the territory of the Russian Federation continue, the enemy manages to replenish and restore the losses inflicted on them by Ukrainian forces every day.

"But the reserve that they have today is not enough to simultaneously conduct powerful strategic offensive operations - at least 2-3 directions, which Putin is talking about today, which scares the whole of Europe and the European community about opening a second front, an offensive, etc. Today, the ground component and airborne component of the Russian armed forces are not capable of conducting strategic offensive operations. Assault tactical operations - yes, and we can see that they will continue to do so, but strategic offensive operations without powerful strategic reserves are impossible," Skibitskyi said.
