Kuleba: Putin is not going to give up occupied territories, negotiations with him are pointless

Negotiations with Russia make no sense, as Russian President Vladimir Putin is not going to liberate the occupied territories of Ukraine.
This was stated by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba, Censor.NET reports citing Ukrinform.
"Putin clearly said two days ago: "We are not going to give up what we have achieved". What is the point of talking to him? I think he will wage various wars until he dies. We just need to understand one thing: we - not only Ukrainians, but also people who defend certain rules - have a historical responsibility to win this war," the Foreign Minister said.
Kuleba also compared the war with Russia to fighting a pandemic and preparing for new viruses.
"You cannot stop fighting the pandemic because 'we are tired of coming up with new vaccines'. You don't say: "Well, that's it! I'm not going to do this anymore! I'm tired of throwing money away". Human life is at stake and the world order as we know it is at stake in this war. That's why we have to invest again and again, because the enemy is doing the same," the minister explained.
