January 25 is declared day of mourning in Kharkiv
Kharkiv announces a day of mourning for those killed in shelling on January 23
According to Censor.NET, this was reported by Mayor Ihor Terekhov.
"The missile attacks on January 23 led to one of the largest tragedies in Kharkiv in terms of the number of victims during the entire period of full-scale war. In connection with this, a day of mourning is declared in the city today (January 25 - ed.)," the statement reads.
As a reminder, 10 people died as a result of the missile attacks.
