As noted, on April 1, 2022, servicemen of the Russian Armed Forces, while in the village of Haivoron of Nizhyn district, illegally deprived three local residents of their liberty. For several hours, they held them in the basement of one of the households.
"Then the accused, in prior conspiracy with other servicemen of the aggressor country, took the men out of the basement. He let the oldest of them go, and took the other two to the bushes and shot them with an automatic weapon. The victims died at the scene from their injuries," the statement said.
