General Staff: 15 out of 35 enemy "Shahed" were destroyed (updated)

During the night attack on Ukraine, the enemy used 35 Shahed-136/131 attack UAVs.
This was reported by Censor.NET with reference to the press center of the General Staff.
"At night, the Russian occupiers attacked Ukraine with 35 Shahed-136/131 attack UAVs. The air defense forces and means destroyed 15 enemy drones," the statement reads.
No further details have been provided. The Air Force Command has not yet reported on the results of combat operations.
As the Air Force Command later clarified, on the night of January 30, 2024, the enemy attacked with 35 Shahed-136/131 strike UAVs from three directions: Prymorsko-Akhtarsk, Kursk - Russian Federation, Choudary Crimea and two S-300 anti-aircraft guided missiles in Donetsk region.
"The Air Force means, in cooperation with the air defense of the Ukrainian Defense Forces, destroyed 15 enemy UAVs within Mykolaiv, Sumy, Cherkasy, Kirovohrad, Dnipro, Kharkiv, Kherson and Kyiv regions," the statement said.
It is also noted that the enemy sent some of the attacking UAVs to the frontline areas, trying to hit the infrastructure of the fuel and energy sector, civilian and military facilities near the front line and the state border with Russia.
Aviation, anti-aircraft missile units and mobile fire groups of the Ukrainian Defense Forces were engaged to repel the air attack.
What happened before
On the night of January 30, explosions were heard during an enemy attack with kamikaze drones in the Kyiv region. Air defense forces were operating. It was also reported that Russian troops launched attack drones from the south on Monday evening, January 29. Kherson and Mykolaiv regions were under threat.
