Klimkin convenes Normandy Four due to escalation in Donbas

The Head of the Ukrainian Ministry of Foreign Affairs convenes a meeting of Normandy Four Foreign Ministers on behalf of President Petro Poroshenko.

Censor.NET reports citing Pavlo Klimkin's statement on Twitter.

"I will negotiate with the Foreign Ministers of Normandy Four on behalf of Poroshenko," he wrote.
