Negotiators agreed with militants upon resumption of exchange of prisoners
The representatives of the self-proclaimed "Donetsk People's Republic" are willing to resume the exchange of prisoners confirming that "parade" of prisoners will not be held in Donetsk.
Head of the Center for the release of prisoners of the Officer Corps NGO Volodymyr Ruban said in Donetsk, Censor.NET reports citing RBC-Ukraine.
"Authorized group managed to reach agreement and obtain confirmation that the Donetsk side resumes the exchange of prisoners. We have scrutinized the mistakes that were made and resulted in disruption of the last exchange. And we agreed to reduce the number of negotiators. Prisoners of war will not be abused. There will be no parades of prisoners of war - this is a false statement. And there will certainly be no executions, nether demonstrative, nor under court's decision," Ruban said.
