Tiahnybok to be re-questioned on Sept. 8

Ukraine's Interior Ministry has summoned the leader of the All-Ukrainian Union "Svoboda" Oleh Tiahnybok for re-questioning on Sept. 8 under an investigation into rioting outside the Verkhovna Rada building on Aug. 31.

As reported by Censor.NET citing Ukrainski Novyny, he announced this after today's questioning.

Tiahnybok said he had brought his written testimony to the investigator.

He also stressed that he had been questioned as a witness.

As reported earlier, on Friday, Sept. 4, the Interior Ministry notified former Svoboda MPs Yurii Syrotiuk and Ihor Shvaika of suspicion of rioting outside the Parliament on Aug. 31.
