Court remands Mosiichuk in custody until Nov. 15
The court's decision comes into force starting upon announcement, Censor.NET informs citing Liga.
The court has heard a witness, who said he testified against Mosiichuk under psychological pressure during questioning at the Prosecutor General's Office. At the same time, he stressed that the force was not used against him by the employees of the Prosecutor General's Office.
In addition, Mosiichuk has filed a motion to Judge Karaban during the hearing on deposition of testimony of another witness MP Viacheslav Konstantinovskyi. But the petition was denied by the judge as the one which "was not subject to current trial".
Mosiichuk stated he went on a hunger strike and would drink only water after detention.
