General Staff: 146 combat engagements took place in frontline, most of them in Kursk and Pokrovsk directions
Since the beginning of the day, as of 4 p.m., the total number of combat engagements along the entire front line has increased to 146.
This was reported by Censor.NET with reference to the report of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The situation in the north
The invaders do not stop using artillery on the territories of the border regions bordering the Russian Federation. The areas of Velyka Pysarivka, Oleksandrivka, Vyntorivka, Yastrubshchyna in the Sumy region; Tymofiivka in the Kharkiv region; and Kliusy in the Chernihiv region came under enemy fire.
Hostilities in the Kharkiv region
Our troops stopped five invaders' assaults near Synkivka, Petropavlivka, Zahryzove and Lozova in the Kupiansk direction, three more engagements are still ongoing.
Hostilities in Donbas
In the Lyman direction, the enemy is attacking in the areas of Yampolivka, Terny, Ivanivka, Torske, Hryhorivka and Serebriansky forest. Since the beginning of the day, there have been 11 combat engagements in this area, four of which are still ongoing.
In the Kramatorsk direction, the Defense Forces repelled six enemy attempts to advance near Chasiv Yar, and three combat engagements are currently ongoing.
In the Toretsk direction, the enemy, with the support of aviation, attacked the positions of our troops four times in vain near Toretsk and Leonidivka. The enemy also dropped a bomb near Kostiantynivka.
In the Pokrovsk direction, the enemy attacked the positions of our defenders 31 times today in the areas of Myroliubivka, Promin, Lysivka, Zelene, Novyi Trud, Dachanske, Vovkove, Pishchane, Novovasylivka, Novoielizavetivka, Novooleksiivka and Ukrainka, five firefights are still ongoing.
In the Kurakhove direction, our defenders repelled 19 firefights in the areas of Sontsivka, Stari Terny, Andriivka, Kurakhove, Dachne, Dalne, Kostiantynopolske and Kostiantynopil. Sixteen enemy assaults have already been repelled by our defenders, and three more firefights are ongoing.
In the Vremivka direction, 13 enemy attacks were stopped near Uspenivka, Dalne, Yantarne, Rozlyv, Bohatyr, Velyka Novosilka, Makarivka, Novosilka, Novopil and Novodarivka, and three more attacks are still ongoing.
Hostilities in the south
In the Orikhivk direction, our defenders successfully repelled one enemy attempt to advance in the area of Mala Tokmachka.
In the Prydniprovske direction, in the area of Kozatskyi Island, the enemy stormed our positions twice today without success.
The situation in other directions
Forty combat engagements took place in the Kursk direction today, and the enemy launched one missile attack and 260 artillery attacks.
In the Kharkiv, Siversk and Huliaipole directions, the enemy did not conduct any active operations since the beginning of the day.
