Kremlin has started to form lists for mobilization for spring campaign - NRC

Russia plans to increase conscription of Ukrainians

The occupation administrations of the Russian Federation are actively forming lists of citizens who are planned to be drafted into the Russian army for spring mobilization.

This was reported by Censor.NET with reference to the National Resistance Center.

As noted, the Kremlin is trying to increase the number of conscripts, focusing on expanding the staff of the so-called "military registration and enlistment offices" and continuing the process of the passportization of Ukrainians in the TOT.

Despite the failures of the autumn mobilization campaign, the occupation authorities expect to achieve greater results through active work on documenting the population and coercive measures. Ukrainians called up for conscript service are often pressured to sign a contract and end up on the front line. Currently, most of them are serving in Crimea.
