Enemy continues to intensify attacks on Ukrainian defenders in Pokrovsk direction, - General Staff
Since the beginning of the day, 148 combat engagements have taken place, and the Ukrainian Defense Forces have repelled Russian attacks in 11 directions.

Russian shelling of Ukraine
The enemy launched 20 air strikes using 43 drones, more than 820 GABs and fired more than 4,000 times at the positions of our troops and settlements using various types of weapons.
The situation in the Kharkiv region
In the Kharkiv direction, the enemy tried to break through the defensive lines of our defenders near Vovchansk five times.
In the Kupiansk direction, the enemy tried six times to force our units out of their positions near Pishchane, Kutkivka, Petropavlivka and Lozova. One battle is still ongoing.
Hostilities in the East
The enemy attacked nine times in the Lyman direction, trying to advance in the directions of Novoiehorivka, Kopanky, Makiivka, Terny, Zelena Dolyna, Yampolivka, Zarichne and Kolodiazi. Our defenders have already repelled all enemy attacks.
In the Siversk direction, our troops successfully repelled one enemy attack in the vicinity of Bilohorivka.
In the Kramatorsk direction, the Defense Forces repelled six enemy attempts to advance near Chasiv Yar, Stupochky, Predtechyne and Bila Hora, and all combat engagements have been completed.
The enemy tried to break into our defense 13 times in the Toretsk direction in the area of Toretsk, Krymske, Dyliivka and Shcherbynivka.
The enemy is intensively attacking Ukrainian defenders in the Pokrovsk direction. The aggressor made 77 assault and offensive attacks there during the day. Russian occupiers are active in the areas of Vodiane Druhe, Zelenne Pole, Yelyzavetivka, Myroliubivka, Sukhyi Yar, Zelene, Kotlyne, Udachne, Nadezhdinka, Kotlyarivka, Uspenivka, Preobrazhenka, Bohdanivka, Baranivka, Promin, Pokrovsk, Novoandriivka, Shevchenko, Dachne, Ulakly and Yantarne. Sixty-five attacks in the area have been repelled by Ukrainian defenders, and twelve more are still ongoing.
The situation in the South
In the Novopavlivka direction, our defenders repelled eight attacks in the areas of Novosilka, Kostiantynopil, Rozdolne and Velyka Novosilka. The enemy launched an air strike with GABs in Zaporizhzhia.
In the Orikhiv direction, the enemy attacked our defenders twice in the area of Novodanylivka and in the direction of Orikhiv, while at the same time launching an air strike near Stepnohirsk.
Three times without success, the invaders' troops tried to drive the units of the Defense Forces from their positions in the Prydniprovske direction.
The enemy did not conduct any offensive actions in the Huliaipole direction since the beginning of the day.
Kursk direction
Thirteen combat engagements took place in the Kursk direction today, one of which is still ongoing. During the day, the enemy made 222 artillery attacks, including two from multiple launch rocket systems, carried out 19 air strikes, and dropped 25 guided bombs.
The enemy did not conduct any offensive actions in the Huliaipole sector since the beginning of the day.
Today, we should mention the soldiers of the 102nd Separate Territorial Defense Brigade, the 79th Border Guard Detachment, the 3rd Operational Brigade named after Colonel Petro Bolbochan, and the 46th Separate Airmobile Brigade, who are holding back the attacks of the enemy's superior forces in extremely difficult conditions and inflicting irreparable losses on the enemy.
