Schedules of emergency blackouts introduced in Dnipropetrovsk, Kirovohrad, Poltava and Sumy regions

On the morning of 3 February, emergency power cuts were introduced in a number of regions of Ukraine.

This was reported by Censor.NET.

"From 08:30 a.m. on 3 February, emergency shutdown schedules in Sumy region are in operation for stages 1 and 2," Sumyoblenergo reported.

The energy sector notes that the queue for emergency outages does not coincide with the queue for hourly outages. Hourly outage schedules are not applied.

The reason for the use of emergency outage schedules is grid overload.

Restrictions have also been imposed in Dnipropetrovsk, Kirovohrad and Poltava oblasts.
