There should be no talk about Ukraine without Ukraine, as well as no talk about Europe without Europe.
Swedish Prime Minister Ulf Kristersson said this during a panel discussion at the Munich Security Conference on February 15, Censor.NET reports citing Ukrinform.
"No talk about Ukraine without Ukraine, no talk about Europe without Europe. This does not guarantee a good outcome or the outcome we would like to see, but it gives us a basis to be part of a long-term solution. I think that is important. But mostly I mean that in the end, of course, Ukraine has to make its own decisions," he said.
"Obviously, the decisions made by Sweden and Finland after the full-scale invasion to have the right to make their own decisions on security policy in the long term," he said.
