Ukrainian paratroopers take control of Kotlyne in Pokrovsk sector

Sicheslavsk paratroopers have taken control of Kotlyne in the Pokrovsk sector.

This was reported by the command of the Air Assault Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Censor.NET informs.

"In the course of assault and recovery operations, paratroopers of the 25th separate airborne brigade of the Air Assault Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine cleared the village of Kotlyne near Pokrovsk.

The occupation of this settlement would have allowed the occupiers to reach the Pokrovsk-Dnipro highway, so the enemy sent significant forces to capture it," the statement said.

The command noted that the paratroopers and related units did not allow the Russians to gain a foothold in Kotlyne and drove the occupiers out of the area.
