Once peace agreement is signed, everything will be over. Russia will not want to return – Trump

American President Donald Trump says that the conversation about security guarantees for Ukraine is not a conversation for now. It is necessary to conclude a peace agreement to end the war.
Trump said this during a meeting with Zelenskyy in Washington, Censor.NET reports.
"I don't want to talk about security guarantees until a deal is made. Security issues are "only 2% of the problem." Other countries will join in, maybe it will look different," he said.
"Talking about security guarantees is not about today, but about the broader process of settling the war. But once the deal is done, it's over. Russia will not want to come back," Trump emphasized.
"We will give Ukraine weapons. I hope we don't have to send too many," Trump adds.
"I'm in the middle, I'm both for Ukraine and Russia. I want to get this solved. Europe and NATO have to step up, I'm also committed to the Alliance," he said.
Zelenskyy added that he believes Trump will not stop supporting Ukraine.
"If Trump brings peace to Ukraine, it will be at the level of George Washington," the President of Ukraine emphasized.
