Enemy is focusing its main efforts on Pokrovsk, Kursk, and Toretsk directions – General Staff
Since the beginning of this day, as of 10:00 p.m., 83 combat engagements have taken place at the front.
This was reported by Censor.NET with reference to the report of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Today, the Russian invaders launched one missile and 72 air strikes, used one missile and 98 guided bombs, engaged 1098 kamikaze drones and fired more than 4400 rounds at the positions of our troops and settlements.
Hostilities in the Kharkiv region
In the Kharkiv direction, the enemy unsuccessfully stormed the positions of our units near Vovchansk once.
In the Kupiansk direction, the aggressor conducted offensive actions near Zahryzove and Lozova, but was repelled.
Hostilities in Donbas
In the Lyman direction, Russian invaders twice attacked the positions of the Defense Forces near Ivanivka and Yampolivka, the attacks were repelled.
In the Siversk direction, the enemy attacked the positions of our defenders twice near Bilohorivka and Verkhnokamianske. One battle is still ongoing.
In the Kramatorsk direction, the enemy also stormed our positions twice near Orikhovo-Vasylivka, one firefight is still ongoing. Kramatorsk came under an air strike.
In the Toretsk direction, our troops repelled 15 enemy attacks in the vicinity of Krymske, Dachne, Toretsk and Leonidivka. Another firefight is ongoing.
In the Pokrovsk direction, since the beginning of the day, the enemy has attacked 26 times in the areas of Baranivka, Yelyzavetivka, Promin, Lysivka, Novoukrainka, Pishchane, Kotlyne, Nadiivka and Andriivka. According to preliminary data, Ukrainian troops neutralized 169 occupants in this sector today, 88 of them were killed. They also destroyed an armored combat vehicle, nine vehicles, a D-30 cannon, 12 UAVs, two Murom-M surveillance systems and four UAV control antennas, and damaged two armored personnel carriers and an occupant vehicle.
In the Novopavlivka direction, the enemy made eight attempts to break through our defenses towards the settlements of Kostiantynopil and Skudne. The battle is currently underway.
Hostilities in the south
In the Huliaipole direction, the invaders attacked three times in the direction of Pryvilne and Rivnopil.
In the Orikhiv direction, the invader is trying to advance in the areas of Piatykhatky and Kamianske, Ukrainians repelled the enemy's attack, three more clashes are ongoing.
In the Prydniprovske direction, the occupation forces did not conduct any active offensive.
AFU operation in the Kursk region of the Russian Federation
Today, Ukrainian defenders repelled 18 enemy attacks in the Kursk sector. At the same time, the enemy carried out 16 air strikes, dropped a total of 22 guided bombs, and fired 458 artillery rounds, including 17 from multiple launch rocket systems.
In other directions, the operational situation did not change.
